Chloe has over 20 years of experience in the children’s sector, spanning local authority roles in Extended Schools and programme delivery, management and leadership roles within the children’s voluntary sector. She has led programme teams at the Prince’s Trust, Save the Children and The Children’s Society delivering advocacy and casework support to young people experiencing sexual and criminal exploitation, who are care experienced, and who are involved in the asylum and immigration systems. She has a passion for participatory approaches and has created opportunities for young people to co-design programmes, influence organisational decision-making and progress youth-led campaigns for policy and practice change. Complementing this practical experience, she has undertaken primary research into youth participation in policy processes during study for an MSc in Public Policy. Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors, film, and vegetarian cooking.
