Albinia graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2016 with a degree in English Literature. While studying, she ran an active feminist society and she remains involved in local politics. Albinia joined Just for Kids Law as a Trainee on the Advocacy Year Programme in 2017 and loved it so much that she has stayed on as a Youth Advocate from September 2018. Before joining JfKL, Albinia worked as a PA in an East London School and interned at the charity Breaking Barriers, where she provided education, training and employment support to refugees and conducted research for the organisation. As an Advocacy Year trainee, she cut her teeth advocating for young people across East London in settings ranging from Looked after Child Reviews to Personal Independence Payment assessments. She is looking forward to continuing her work with young people as a Youth Advocate.
